<h2>Design</h2>
The design of Celerio is not a new one. From the first look we can easily say that it’s a Cross breed of a lot of variants. The front looks similar to Toyota Etios and Maruthi's Estilo. When come to rear portion it almost looks like Alto 800. So in from the external look this car doesn’t offer anything. It comes with a copy of different cars and they didn’t spend some time to find a new design. In my opinion when you introduce a new vehicle to the market with a killer feature you must consider its design too. Because a new design can convert massive sales to killer sales. I think if this car comes with a look of i10 mp i20 it can capture more hearts as well as more sales. Carbon copy of many designs spoils its look and more over it doesn’t look like that much appealing. It’s not hot, but it’s not cool. It’s only a drive easy car. In exterior feature it looks almost same as the other cars from the company. You can experience Bluetooth connectivity, dual air bags, and anti-lock brakes for the top-end ZXi variant. Its longer legroom and wider headroom are quite impressive and it offers smooth and comfortable long journeys.

Mileage is a necessary need for a vehicle to cross the Indian border. If your vehicle doesn’t have much mileage then you can store it in your manufacturing units until it rusts. UN believable hikes in petrol and diesel prices made the Indians to think twice before buying anything that works with these two fuels. Automatic gear system vehicles are not well know for less mileage and that why it doesn’t cross Indian border or dwarfed in Indian climate. By learning this debut Maruthi Suzuki comes with their new auto gear shift car with an impressive best in class mileage of 23.1 kmpl. It’s quite higher than Maruthi Wagon R and Hyundai i10. Although it’s only a word from Maruthi as per the ARAI-approved fuel efficiency. Normally we can expect a mileage up to 15 kmpl.
The 1.0-liter 68 PS K-10 engine of Celerio almost looks like A-star's engine, but slightly much better than that. Celerio is only an Auto gear Transmission car and it’s not an automatic car. So just like manual gear cars these car also has to change the gears at regular speeds. But in Celerio it doing by an automatic system and driver don’t need to change gears, hit clutches etc. However we can feel the change gear changes while driving and some times it feels jerky for the driver who droves automatic cars before. However this system is very helpful for new drivers in city and crowded places.
The K10B(996) engine of Celerio can provide a maximum output of 50kw per 6,000rpm and a torque of 90Nm per 3,400 rpm. It also has a 35 liters fuel tank capacity, multi point fuel injection, 5 gear transmission for manual and 4 gear transmissions for auto gear shifting.
<h2>Interior design and Safety aspects</h2>
Just like Maruthi's other cars the interior of Celerio is made up of plastics. They provide a dashing and quite modern look for the dashboard as well as the quality of the plastic is also good. The gear shift stick is positioned the base of the center stack and it can be operate easily by the driver in both manual and auto gear shifting conditions. The steering wheel is also outstanding and it offers a premium look. But the seats are not that much impressive and it is not comfortable for long journeys. The head rest is a fixed type and we can’t adjust that with the height and comfort of the driver and passenger. However it offers an impressive legroom as well as headroom. The center tunnel is also not that much tall hence the third passenger can sit quite comfortably. The 235 liters boot space is above average for this segment vehicle and you can access a number of cup holders in this car. You can find feature such as Bluetooth connectivity, key less entry, alloy wheels, music system etc in the high end variants of Maruthi Suzuki Celerio.
Safety is an important feature of any vehicle and for Celerio its cabin structure is made of Suzuki's Total Effective Control Technology (TECT) which can absorbs the impact and it can ensure maximum safety for its occupants. The dual airbag, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA), complete seat belts for front and rear passenger seats and child seat anchorage offers a maximum safety in this car.
